About the role

As a Senior Manager, Seller Program Operations, you will strategize, lead and execute on program strategies to grow and optimize our PA Seller Offerings. The ideal candidate shines in finding opportunity in ambiguity and can create robust program plans to grow the business. Your role will include breaking down complicated challenges into achievable milestones, and leading a team through project execution, conducting comprehensive analyses, and coaxing influence across large cross functional teams. In addition, you will be responsible for multiple enablement strategies, pilots and tools, and will be expected to #OwnIt in development, execution and defining success.

As a team leader, you will set the vision and coach your team to deliver results through operationalizing product features, executing on go-to-market plans, driving performance improvement across our partner network. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with executive presence, who is passionate about coaching and developing talent.

Key Deliverables

  • Innovates, gains alignment, and executes key strategies programs and processes to grow our Seller Partner offering on a 2-3 year timeframe

  • Plans, owns, and leads expansion of our market footprint to achieve aggressive growth targets, including frontline support design.

  • Improves the performance of the business existing markets through program performance design and KPI tracking, in alignment with Product and Sales leadership

  • Uses data analysis and stakeholder feedback to inform projects and plans and deliver results

  • Leads, supports, and invests in the development of team members

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $152,500.00 - $243,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • An experienced strategist with 10+ years experience in a combination of strategy or operations management, preferably in B2B2C industries

  • A proven leader with 5+ years of direct leadership experience

  • An excellent communicator (written and oral) able to drive leadership alignment and report results in business reviews

  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis, including revenue forecasting, through the use of analytical suites (e.g Tableau or SQL)

  • A change leader with proven experience leading people in a rapidly expanding, fast-paced, results driven environment
