About the role
Mail Intelligence team is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager to drive the strategy, design, and execution of Mail Arbitration Systems and Mail Targeting Signals that power monetization opportunities.
This role demands exceptional product management expertise, a strong technical foundation, and a proven ability to create impactful, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Ad Tech, Ad Relevance and Targeting, AI/ML technologies, and a passion for enhancing user engagement and advancing business goals.
Your Day-to-Day:
Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for Mail Arbitration and Monetization Targeting Systems.
Translate business and product goals into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Partner with data and analytics teams to create Customer Retention Models that optimize revenue.
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to design and deploy AI/ML models for effective targeting and monetization.
Define and track KPIs to measure monetization, user engagement, and system performance.
Leverage the capabilities of the Mail Intelligence Platform to address user pain points and unlock business opportunities.
Champion a user-first approach, ensuring personalization and contextual relevance remain core to all solutions.
What Are We Looking For?
7+ years of experience in product management roles focused on technical systems.
Proven expertise in managing software products involving arbitration systems, ranking algorithms, and Ad targeting signals.
Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including recommendation systems, and ranking models.
Ability to deliver products that balance business impact with exceptional user experiences.
Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around strategic goals.
Self-driven, proactive mindset with excellent critical thinking skills.
Preferable Skills:
Strong understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on data usage for monetization.
Expertise in developing and optimizing recommendation systems (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid approaches).
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and API/microservices integration.
Proficiency in financial revenue forecasting and modeling.

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,750.00 - $251,250.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
