About the Team

Sr. Advertising Manager: Works with internal team and advertising agency on the development and execution of global brand advertising including TV/Video, Digital, Social, Print, Audio, and OHH.

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sr. Advertising Manager to join our talented in-house Brand Advertising team. The advertising associate will support the Global Advertising & Brand Lead on:

  • Manage the development and execution of brand advertising assets for Digital, Paid Social, TV/Video, Print, OOH, Audio and Event Activation channels while ensuring tight integration with overall brand campaign.

  • Manage creative transcreation process to ensure approved global messaging is transcreated to be locally relevant.

  • Manage creative rotation and assets trafficking details with media team and agencies in support of approved creative rotation plans.

  • Supports development and execution of employee education and inspiration assets in support of brand advertising activities.

  • Partner with the Customer Advocacy Team for development of Customer Stories assets.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to finalize messaging for the approved assets, including Solutions Marketing and Legal.

  • Partner with Workday media team, web, project management to manage the on-time delivery of the assets.

  • Collaborate with the Workday media team to fulfill Flagship media content development and delivery.

  • Work closely with the relevant RMMs to ensure support for their countries Brand Advertising needs, while meeting them on a regular basis to ensure strong knowledge and collaboration in support of their countries unique audience and competitive landscape.

  • Partner with the Workday Integration Lead to ensure alignment with the global strategy and creative direction and ensure efficiencies.

  • Liaise with the advertising agency and internal creative – providing consolidated input, ensuring clarity and managing the day to day process.

  • Ensure creative asset “look book” and source files are up to date with latest creative.

  • Support internal ad requests with PMO team via Workfront.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of advertising agency experience or client-side experience in advertising.

  • Has led or supported the execution of advertising campaigns with a solid understanding of the production process – in support of media plan deliverables

  • Knows Google Drive and is experienced with all the apps.

  • Has B2B advertising experience and has some understanding of the ERP category.

Other Qualifications:

  • Great attention to detail and strong budget management skills.

  • Enjoys collaboration and likes working with smart, fun, passionate people.

About You

Experienced with developing and producing B2B advertising either with an advertising agency or on the corporate side. Located in the Bay Area.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $127,000 USD - $190,400 USD


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $103,400 USD - $190,400 USD
