Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Systems Operations Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Technology Group is hiring Systems Operations Engineer to provide development, administration, configuration, testing, infrastructure support, and functional workflow support by utilizing a very specific skillset in the Web Methods vendor platform. Vendor components include the following: Web Methods Integration Server, MWS, Broker, Trading Networks, Deployer, Designer, Managed File Transfer (MFT), Universal Messaging, Command Central, Flow services, JDBC/JMS/MQ Adapter Services, and Optimize for Infrastructure/Process. Responsible for application releases through the whole software development lifecycle including designing, coding, functional testing, performance testing, security testing and post deployment support for complex computer applications and initiatives. Work on key initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams and professionals including Requirements Analysts, Product and Operations Partners, System Analysts, Architects and Quality Assurance during development and maintenance of Wells Fargo’s ECS Payments suite of applications.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field plus four (4) years of application development, implementation and system support experience.

Position requires:

  • 4 years of web development experience; including programming and developing web applications;
  • 4 years of experience with developing business flows and integration logic using webMethods components including Integration Server, MWS, Developer, Broker, Designer and Trading Networks;
  • 4 years of experience developing and designing packages in WM Developer using webMethods Integration Server;
  • Hands on experience working in WM Developer including File handling, Data Mapping, Ability to write java services within WM and JDBC adapter services;
  • Expertise in creating and consuming Webservices using webMethods Integration Server and webMethods Developer;
  • Experience using webMethods suite versions 7, 8, 9, 10; and
  • Experience with flat file, EDI, XML.
