Who We Are:
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join the FinTech & Loyalty team. The Fintech & Loyalty team is responsible for accelerating customer loyalty through engaging loyalty benefits and experiences, safely managing all forms of payment, and providing customers with financing opportunities that give them access to the home goods they desire.. This role will drive the growth of Wayfair’s customer loyalty program with enticing outreach experiences to nonmembers and lapsed members, along with overseeing enhancements to the foundational membership service. The successful candidate will be responsible for easy-to-use, relevant, and insightful customer experiences along with the underlying technical platform across geos and channels.

Who We Are:
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join the FinTech & Loyalty team. The Fintech & Loyalty team is responsible for accelerating customer loyalty through engaging loyalty benefits and experiences, safely managing all forms of payment, and providing customers with financing opportunities that give them access to the home goods they desire.. This role will drive the growth of Wayfair’s customer loyalty program with enticing outreach experiences to nonmembers and lapsed members, along with overseeing enhancements to the foundational membership service. The successful candidate will be responsible for easy-to-use, relevant, and insightful customer experiences along with the underlying technical platform across geos and channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a deep understanding of Wayfair customers, and how they engage with the Wayfair loyalty program.
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize and develop impactful solutions that drive key business value.
- Use Agile processes to collaborate with partnering teams (engineers, experience designers, analytics) to execute your prioritized roadmap.
- Communicate and promote the product vision and progress throughout Wayfair including senior partners.
- Develop and monitor OKRs for key product initiatives and ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives.
- 4 + years building online products at scale
- Demonstrated success in creating products that drive business impact.
- Customer empathy driving a focus on customer problems and solutions
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
- Sufficient technical literacy to effectively communicate with engineering. Technical degree is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the senior partner level.
