This is a new role on the Seller Support Operations team to lead two to three key programs for the org. About the team
The seller support team owns the experience sellers have when encountering issues in managing their business on the platform. While today the team is focused on reactive issue resolution, we are moving the associate base to be a more consultative type of role where they ensure reactive issues are resolved while also providing the seller proactive guidance and support to help them find success on the marketplace. This leader will be a peer to three Sr. Managers managing the internal operations team (one of which is TBH for International support) and a Sr. Manager that owns the team managing the day to day performance of our BPO vendors.
What You'll Do…
The Escalation Detection and Elimination team-manage a Program Manager who manages the Marketplace Executive Escalation team, Help Desk (providing support for frontline associates), and our programs to reduce aged cases and repeat reopen cases (both key drivers for escalation). The goal of this program is to better detect emerging issues/escalations and eliminate them.
Incubation Team – This role will build out and formalize the Incubation team, including hiring a manager to lead the team, that will be part production and part incubation of new products/processes. This team will work close with product/engineering to do UAT and provide product/process feedback on new items before going GA.
Process Improvement team – This role may also lead the performance improvement managers that are assigned to support to drive traditional process improvement work through Lean management and tools. However, this part of the role is not fully decided yet.

Strong program management experience
Experience leading operations and/or process improvement teams
Experience in working with product to provide feedback, business requirements, and/or lead User Acceptance Testing
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience with support in a B2B support model

Seattle, Washington US-11573:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
