As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will use your 3+ years of experience with databases, data warehouses and Tableau to develop dashboards, analytics, and reports to run the business. You will partner with the business to understand their needs and develop analytics products that allow them to run the business using trusted data.
The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with sales, operations, and technology teams. You will have deep experience with Google BigQuery, Tableau, and other business intelligence tools, with previous experience in the digital advertising industry.
You'll make an impact by…
- Extract, clean and transform data for the purposes of reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation
- Create and design best-in-class Tableau dashboards for internal audiences, including ad operations, revenue operations, sales and executives
- Conduct business discovery to understand pain points associated with data, reporting and dashboarding
- Evaluate existing dashboards to determine effectiveness for the business, recreating and redesigning dashboards as necessary
- Designing scalable and sustainable reporting and analytics solutions to support MAP’s rapid growth and evolving business needs.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve available data sources. Draft business requirements to initiate new data pipelines and transformations to power reporting and analytics
- Make reporting impactful by documenting report and dashboard metadata as well drafting as succinct user guides
- Partner with operations and business stakeholders to align on KPI definitions, educate users on best practices for using these KPIs
- Lead training and office hours sessions to enable end users to make the most out of reporting and data
- Troubleshoot reporting and dashboard issues, make or recommend changes as needed
- Understand upstream data flows from source systems, recommend systematic or process changes to enhance data for reporting downstream
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business intelligence tools, databases, and systems
- Anticipate and plan for scale by ensuring dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions are adaptable to new lines of business, larger datasets, and additional users.
- Partner with centers of excellence on best practices and knowledge across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand development capacity and prioritize development on behalf of the business as needed

- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry
- 3+ years of experience with analytics, reporting and dashboard development

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
