We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to support the development of comprehensive training programs for our drivers and leadership team. Our training programs will encompass course-based learning, virtual reality, video instructional videos, and instructor-led courses. About the Team/Department:

Our team is dedicated to prioritizing the safety of our associates and customers while ensuring training materials are accurate, high-quality, and easy to understand. We leverage data and analytics to create content that drives business performance. Additionally, we focus on fostering a sense of belonging for our drivers, making our company the destination of choice for Last Mile Delivery Drivers.

What you'll do...

• Develop and implement learning and development programs for drivers and leadership, including course-based learning, virtual reality, video instructional videos, and instructor-led courses.

• Create content that caters to various audiences, ensuring it is engaging and effective for both hourly employees and salaried management.

• Prioritize safety in all training materials, emphasizing the importance of operating vehicles in high-risk environments and delivering inside customers' homes.

• Ensure content accuracy and quality, maintaining simplicity and consistency for diverse audiences

• Utilize data and analytics to drive content development, focusing on behaviors that enhance business performance.

• Foster a sense of belonging among drivers by incorporating field and stakeholder feedback to prioritize training volume and impact.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business goals and objectives.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
