We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, to drive post purchase portfolio of projects in Omni tech division.

What you’ll do:

· Manage multiple highly complex projects or a large complex Care applications programs by driving projects through the lifecycle phases to successful completion as defined in project's charter; serving as the program lead for multiple projects; developing and maintaining a project schedule to track milestones; developing and executing plans for managing risk; escalating project-related issues to management in accordance with project guidelines and requirements; managing project change control processes; coordinating production issue resolution; interpreting data to help guide teams towards issue resolution and risk management; making recommendations regarding solutions to problems or issues; and presenting project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

· Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

· Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

· Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

· Act as an altruistic servant leader and are consistently humble, self-aware, honest, and transparent.

· Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset; foster an environment that supports learning, innovation, and intelligent risk-taking; and exhibit resilience in the face of setbacks.

Minimum Qualification

· Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field and a minimum of 7 years of technical project or program management experience OR

· Have a master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or MBA and a minimum of 5 years of technical project or program management experience.

· Have experience with Agile methods including Scrum and Kanban.

· Have enterprise software engineering program management experience for full SDLC.

· Have experience using product backlog management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project for planning, execution, and release transparency. Should be able to build a project plan – milestones with work breakdown.

· Ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms through MS Office tools including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Nice to Haves

· Industry certifications which may include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agelist, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

· Have excellent verbal and written communications skills to document and communicate project commitments, progress status, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
