What you’ll do…
The Senior Manager, Business Case Development will play a critical role in supporting and executing strategic initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases that enhance store performance and operational efficiency. This role will need to work across business stakeholders and finance to build/guide business cases and/or value assessment that will need to be delivered by our stores. This position requires a highly analytical individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Case Development and Quantification: Lead the creation of comprehensive business cases for store-facing processes and initiatives. Analyze and quantify the impact of proposed strategies on store performance, operational efficiency, and overall profitability. Ensure all business cases are supported by robust data analysis and clear metrics to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic investments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional projects in the development and execution of business strategies. Act as a pivotal leader who facilitates alignment and integration among various departments, driving cohesive strategy execution and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
