Job Description

Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence? We are seeking talented Senior Manager Procurement, Procure to Pay professionals to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving continuous improvement initiatives in our procurement and procure to pay space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders to streamline processes, establish controls, and enhance overall business performance. If you have a strong background in process improvement methodologies, business processes, and technology, we want to hear from you!


About Team: Procure to Pay - Process Team

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Teams and deep dive current processes to identify gaps/opportunities for Improvement Projects.
  • Utilize proven methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma to establish critical processes and controls to streamline workflows.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop skills in process improvement and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives utilizing Change Management methodologies.
  • Experience in Corporate Procurement; specifically, with Procure to Pay.
  • Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
  • Proven track record in purchase order management and project management.


What you'll bring:

  • Experience in corporate procurement specifically with procure to pay refers to an individual's knowledge and expertise in the entire procurement process, from sourcing and selecting suppliers to making payments for goods or services received.
  • Experience with Walmart's Contracting and Procurement systems.
  • Experience with Six Sigma and Process Improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
