Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Operations, to lead the strategy and continuous improvement of the Spark Driver Platform’s gig driver engagement program – My Metrics. As the Senior Manager, Operations - My Metrics, you will play a vital role in several cross-functional initiatives including driver segmentation, driver quality, and driver engagement (vis a vis loyalty programs). Using your strategic vision, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, you will find ways to position My Metrics to underpin these initiatives while improving overall driver satisfaction with the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for the My Metrics program to meet program, organizational, and company objectives.
  • Ideate and set up structures that foster trust, transparency, and fairness for drivers while enabling the operational goals of the business.
  • Set program goals and develop/maintain My Metric processes to reduce risk and support contacts related to the My Metrics program.
  • Lead alignment efforts across cross-functional business teams, Product, Tech, Legal, Store Operations and other teams as metrics are added, removed, or altered.
  • Build and execute testing and rollout plans in partnership with Product and Tech.
  • Ensure seamless tracking, reporting, and communications for this highly visible and cross-functional program.
  • Partner with analytics and tech resources to monitor and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor My Metric KPIs, social media, downstream systems, and driver support tickets to proactively identify and root-cause issues and lead problem solving with product and tech.
  • Prepare readouts for all driver segments and impact to KPIs on a recurring cadence.
  • Own the results for Contacts Per Order (CPO) for My Metrics; reduce the volume of My Metrics-related support contacts by identifying and resolving issues and making the program easier to understand for drivers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program or project management, strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar project-focused strategic role.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Exceptional presentation skills with strong experience building and leading executive presentations.
  • Expert understanding of selecting the right metrics and KPIs to track and manage business goals.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships, communicate, and collaborate effectively within an organization and work in a team setting.
  • Experienced working with product and tech teams to design solutions to business problems and building business cases for program needs.
  • End-to-end project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the gig driver industry or similar marketplace-based platforms.
  • Prior experience with loyalty programs.
  • Prior experience with user segmentation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
