Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document the current and future state of the incentive compensation processes and systems, including data flows, integrations, calculations, reports, and pay files.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using NICE ICM, SQL, Excel, and other tools.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources and systems, with a strong focus on reusability, performance, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and methodologies.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the incentive compensation solutions, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the deliverables.
  • Document system processes and procedures and provide training to the incentive operations team.
  • Provide end-to-end support for the incentive compensation solutions, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and user training.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners ensuring the alignment and coordination of the incentive compensation projects and initiatives.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business systems analysis in the incentive compensation domain.
  • Experience building reports leveraging MicroStrategy
  • Intermediate experience configuring and developing within ICM solutions, such as NICE, CallidusCloud, Xactly, Optymyze, or Varicent.
  • Ability to extract and manipulate large datasets using standard tools such as Hadoop (Hive), Spark, Python (pandas, NumPy), Presto, and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of the incentive compensation processes and systems, including data models, calculations, rules, workflows, reports, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis and reporting tools.
