What you’ll be doing...
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the strategic integration of Verizon and Frontier. This integration is set to significantly expand Verizon's fiber footprint nationwide, accelerating our ability to deliver premium mobility and broadband services to both current and new customers. Furthermore, it will enhance Verizon's intelligent edge network, fostering digital innovations in areas like AI and IoT.
This critical position will be instrumental in Verizon’s plan to accelerate the availability of our premium services across the country. Responsibilities:
Extending Verizon’s premium offerings and experience to Frontier’s customer base, providing them with a wider range of choices and access to Verizon’s mobility, home internet, streaming, connected home services, and CPE.
Contributing to the creation of a market-leading broadband network with enhanced scale and distribution capabilities.
Supporting the consolidation of Frontier’s premium broadband offerings with Verizon’s premium mobile services.
Collaborating on initiatives to expand Verizon’s share of the nationwide broadband market, building on our existing leadership in fiber technology.
Develop and execute integration roadmaps and strategies for Frontier and Verizon.
Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on integration progress.
Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges related to integrations.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for integration projects.
What we're looking for...
We're looking for someone who can partner internally to drive integration of existing broadband, video and voice products and enhancements. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker focused on problem-solving, innovation, and driving results, comfortable working and communicating with people at all levels of Verizon organizations. Flexibility and resourcefulness, with a "figure it out and get it done" attitude, are essential, as is the ability to quickly react to new information and see ambiguity as an opportunity.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Strong experience in product management.
Experience in the broadband industry, including home equipment, services, and connectivity.
Experience with marketing/product strategy and go-to-market planning, including leading cross-functional teams (Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, Network, Legal, IT, Finance, Operations, Customer Care, etc.)
Experience launching consumer devices or products at scale.
Ability to evaluate trends across consumer markets to identify strategic growth areas and business development opportunities.
An advanced degree, preferably an MBA.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $124,000.00 - $238,000.00.The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $136,500.00 - $238,000.00.
