DUTIES: Responsible for software development including architecture, design great products, develop and execute IT projects to meet the business needs. Provide technical expertise and creativity to drive change in the wireless environment, solve complex problems and find unique solutions. Utilize domain expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Web Services or Rest and Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS) to guide the team members to design and implement optimal solutions for high performance enterprise applications and services. Provide turnup and activation in building systems using completely new initiatives spanning planning, integration, and assurance. Work on technology stack encompassing spidercloud, corning system integration, 5G-IBS/CBRs, and 5G EFEMTO. Work with vendors and offshore teams. Handle all aspects of production. Generate improvements to coding techniques and develop information technology staff to implement improvements. Work closely with sprint teams on a day-to-day basis to resolve issues and unblock complex problems. Collaborate with project management teams by providing level of effort, identifying tasks and allocating resources for key projects. Continuously monitor the system health check for issues and take swift action. Focus on key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. Responsible for large scale enterprise applications; SQL and designing or developing RESTful Application Programming Interface (API) or Web Services. Work in both Intel and UNIX environments and large-scale high availability architecture; work in a DevOps environment and with Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD). Responsible for Ericsson and Samsung Operations Support Systems (OSS), JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, Mongo DB, Oracle DB, Linux, Jenkins, and using Caching Mechanism.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronic or Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Computer Systems Engineer/Architect, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years performing software development; 3 years with JavaScript, Node.js and Express.js; 2 years using Mongo DB, Oracle DB, Linux, Jenkins, Ericsson and Samsung OSS; and 1 year using Caching Mechanism.
