Are you an experienced platform onboarding analyst looking for your next big challenge? We’re looking for someone like this to:
• Work on the implementation of a range of new change projects, typically as part of a larger IB-wide strategic or regulatory change programs. Current programs include implementation of a new front to back IB Trading and Risk Management Platform, a new front to back ETD stack and LIBOR replacement.
• Manage the business assurance activities required to onboard F2B business users and flows onto strategic platforms
• Partner with technology, business, quants and control functions to conduct business assurance activities such as numerical validation, parallel run and training to onboard F2B users successfully onto the new platforms
• Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders to get their input and approval for business assurance activities

Your team
You will be working in the IB Change team in the Tri-state area. The IB Change team is part of the IB Chief Operating Office and works in partnership with the Business, Chief Data and Information Office and Group functions, and takes ownership to manage and deliver critical strategic and regulatory changes for the Investment Bank. The team is made up of approximately 80 dedicated program and project managers and business analysts and is focused on the delivery of critical strategic and regulatory change programs and projects that impact across multiple IB business areas and front to back functions.
Your expertise
• ideally 3 plus years of experience of managing the business assurance activities to onboard a business from legacy onto strategic platforms within an Investment Bank
• experience of working with business, technology and front to back control function stakeholders
• investment banking product knowledge, including understanding of booking and front to back flows from quoting to trade capture to settlement and regulatory reporting and everything in between
• ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as well as independently
• a proactive ‘can do’ approach
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• strong organizational skills, with good attention to detail
• strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and hit deadlines
