Your role
Are you a strategic thinker with strong platform management acumen? Do you have a passion for helping financial advisors get the most out of their social media presence? Are you a problem solver who is able to innovate and move the business forward while adhering to regulatory and compliance needs?
We're looking for someone with these qualities who can:
• manage a distributed social media program for financial advisors at scale, including platform management, technology integrations, trainings and comms, and program evolution
• work with internal and external partners including technology, content owners and compliance teams to understand and overcome barriers with the goal of providing financial advisors with a deep library of timely, relevant content. Help content creators understand the impact of their efforts by delivering insights and analytics.
• advocate for better understanding and use of social media across the field with the goal of growing the user base and success of social media efforts across financial advisors and associates, field leaders and other social media users
• understand the changing landscape of social media in the Financial Services industry to ensure we remain industry leaders in the space. Perform competitive analyses of our advisor experience to surface new opportunities. Be aware of any regulatory changes that might impact social media use so they can be addressed in a timely manner
• think beyond social media to ensure that our solutions are part of a holistic, integrated marketing toolset for financial advisors. Collaborate with colleagues to understand advisor journeys and continuously improve how we connect them with the right content at the right time for the highest impact across all channels.
• build relationships in the field to foster a culture of advocacy for social media and other marketing efforts. Measure results and feedback to provide proof of the program’s impact and effectiveness
Your team
You’ll be joining the Digital Prospecting and Marketing team within the US Digital organization at UBS Global Wealth Management in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on supporting advisors in building a strong brand presence through a number of digital applications that allow them to create their own collateral and leverage UBS thought leadership across a variety of channels.

Your expertise
• ideally 5+ years of experience managing a social media program at scale, preferably in the Financial Services industry
• strong troubleshooting and relationship management skills
• working knowledge of Financial Services, financial advisor mindsets and the US regulatory landscape
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• strong leadership and customer focus/service skills
• ability to partner effectively with others across a variety of organizations and working styles
• excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• keen listener, problem solver
• able to operate and multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic deadline driven environment
• team player who is self-motivated and takes ownership of projects
• demonstrates commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse work place
