About the job

Twilio is seeking a highly analytical and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Field Marketing Specialist will support the Field Marketing Managers with processes, reports, and event-related operational activities.

The Twilio team is strengthening its capabilities to accelerate pipeline velocity. In this role, you will drive our continued growth by executing essential support activities.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist the Field Marketing team with daily activities and tasks.
  • Handle vendor relations, create purchase orders (POs), and ensure contracts are executed promptly.
  • Create and maintain Tableau reports to track and analyze marketing data.
  • Manage Salesforce campaigns, including setting them up and tracking their performance.
  • Oversee the selection, ordering, and distribution of promotional items for events.
  • Upload leads into the system, ensuring they are properly followed up on by the sales team.
  • Coordinate the schedule of events and activities, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
  • Manage the process of customer registration for events.
  • Support and execute strategic events (both in-person and virtual) as needed.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.
  • 2-3+ years experience in marketing, operations, administration, project management or event management.
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring creative ideas to the table to support marketing efforts.
  • Strong in developing processes and making things programmatic/thinking at scale.
  • Experience in spotting blockers and dependency problems in advance of impact and moving solutions for these blockers forward.
  • You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in core funnel analytics, and experience drawing insights from large datasets.
  • You have an intense curiosity about our key performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills: this position will require the individual to prioritize and 'multi-task'.
  • You are willing to help as needed, willing to roll up their sleeves, and regularly work outside of your comfort zone supporting the Marketing team.

Desired:

  • Proficiency in SalesForce and Tableau, Splash is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with third party vendors and geographically diverse teams to achieve successful results.

Location

This role will be remote, based in Brazil.

Travel
