As the Marketing & Communications Manager you will have the unique opportunity to develop and maintain the marketing and communication infrastructure for the company. You will craft and implement innovative marketing and communications strategies that resonate with our local audience, allowing you to play a crucial role in driving brand recognition and customer engagement in Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Development: Define the infrastructure needs and develop systems, procedures, and tools in collaboration with various departments.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy tailored to the Israel market. Develop a corresponding budget and align it with business objectives and global brand standards. Implement and monitor execution.
- Brand Management: Define and implement a corporate brand strategy to support visibility and reputation in Israel. Support this strategy through effective brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and culturally relevant content for various channels, including websites, press releases, and marketing collateral.
- Multi-Channel Marketing: Lead all marketing efforts across all channels, including digital, based on the plan and budget.
- Event Management: Organize and coordinate local marketing events, trade shows, and seminars.
- Building Collaborative Relationships: Work closely with sales teams, global, and regional marketing to ensure a unified brand message and successful strategy implementation.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Use this information to inform strategic decisions.
- Vendor Selection and Management: Identify potential vendors and successfully implement the full procurement process.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing and communications experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare, life sciences, or related industries within Israel.
- Successful cooperation with various individuals from within and outside the organization.
- Strong understanding of the Israel market, culture, and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in Israel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
