What to Expect

As the Product Launch Manager, New Markets, you will be a pivotal member of the Product Management team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the readiness of our suite of industrial energy storage products (Megapack, Powerpack, and their variants) for deployment in global new markets. This includes addressing regulatory, technical, and customer-specific requirements to enable rapid and seamless growth.

This role demands exceptional program management and communication skills. You will coordinate across product management, business development, engineering, and regional sales teams, working in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability, creativity, and a solutions-driven mindset.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure that Megapack and other products can be sold and deployed in new markets, ranging from regional to international levels

  • Define and own processes for product-level technical reviews, roadmapping, and market readiness

  • Collaborate with product managers to scope and prioritize feature requests with clear timelines

  • Coordinate with technical publications and content localization teams to ensure translation readiness

  • Regularly report on status, next steps, and readiness for each target market and product

  • Drive successful market entry by unblocking product readiness issues and supporting the company’s growth targets

What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., JIRA)

  • Proven ability to interact effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, pivoting rapidly as needed

    Expected Compensation

    $128,000 - $228,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
