This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies which promote company growth with a laser focus on winning the quarter. Work with Fiber reporting-analytics, Marketing, Digital, Channel and FP&A teams to drive QGP outcomes across all growth segments, markets and channels including performance trends, actions to improve and outlook management process thereof.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial steering strategies to improve the subscriber and revenue growth, QGP outcomes and targets. Inform strategy and high-level business rationale in -quarter – taking ownership across matrixed organization w/focusing on customer targets, load mix, ARPU, revenue.
- Collaborate with Fiber Commercial operations to ensure analytics, In-mortem analysis, perf. Mgmt. frame works/score cards are in place to drive conversion against commercial goals, bus case expectations and inform in-quarter decisioning and optimization to win the quarter.
- Collaborate closely with FP&A, channels, marketing and GTM teams to drive successful steering of QGP outcomes.
- Distill large amounts of information into clear solutions and executive story telling to artfully steer quarter – lead creation of quarterly outlook, channel targets and steer delivery of QGP goals by Fiber segment, market cohorts and channels across. Drive pacing to target, risks/opportunities and recommendations to leadership, drive alignment and execution across working team to win the quarter on weekly basis.
Inform market and channel strategies in partnership w/in-market Commercial Development and Operations teams using data analytics and customer/business insights to clearly articulate the market opportunities, coordinate and provide recommendations to senior leadership on path forward.
- Manage business performance including tracking of results, working cross-functionally to prepare contingencies, and developing iterations of the plan in a competitive environment.
- Drive cross-functional partnership/inputs and develop bottoms up/top-down customer targets planning including development of qtrly transition reports/walks, half-time reports.
- Define sales enablement requirements and drive roadmap efforts w/LOB PMO teams to improve conversion and quality efficacy across Owned and Dealer channels across Fiber Growth markets.
May lead/mentor less experienced peers, manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required), Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods. (Required)
- Driving strategy cross functionally. (Preferred)
- Analyzing customer, business and industry data to drive business performance (Preferred)
- Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic work environment

Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
