This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It’s Like

Join our dynamic IT Business Operations team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in vendor management, budget and fiscal compliance, and leadership collaboration. This 12-week paid internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with IT internal and external strategic partners and ensure the smooth operation of our IT organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts for IT internal and external strategic partners.

  • Help ensure budget and fiscal compliance across the entire IT organization.

  • Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives and projects.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.

  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Support the management of vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Budget and Fiscal Compliance: Assist in monitoring and maintaining budgetary controls, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with IT leadership to support strategic initiatives and projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions through analysis, process mapping and reporting; utilize AI capabilities for process improvements.

  • Team Support: Participate in team meetings, provide updates on assigned tasks, and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

What It Takes

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Power BI and Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
