Job OverviewThe Associate Executive Operations Manager is a member of a senior executive's Chief of Staff organization. You will help with planning and preparing the executive's operational tasks and initiatives. You will use your problem-solving skills, event coordination, and knowledge of department tools and resources to contribute to Senior Leadership Team engagements, communications, and the management of department resources. You will support a wide range of administrative and operational activities, coordinates and assists with projects of high importance and visibility, requiring a high degree of skill, discretion, urgency, and organization. This position offers a broad view of the entire organization and the ability to have an impact at the highest level of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help to organize and plan operational tasks, including but not limited to Senior Leadership Team engagements with employees and other partners.
- Calendar planning and coordination.
- Manage department tools and resources (i.e. SharePoint, Airtable, etc.), data tracking and analysis of engagements.
- Coordinate various ad-hoc projects and assist in ensuring critically active projects within the office are appropriately prioritized, keeping partners apprised of all matters of significance.
- Assist with internal project management, understanding tools and resources that drive process improvement, and help with standardizing project management within the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-4 years experience in business planning and business operations
- 2-4 years in program management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally, upward and cross functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements of the business, including budgets. Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results.
- Strong organizational skills at the executive level. Thrive in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve.
- Proven track record to work across organizational departments and develop strong relationships across a company.
- Comfortable working and leading in an environment of uncertainty and complexity, seeking solutions and problem solving.

Base Pay Range: $66,200 - $119,400 Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
