Job Overview
Come join our Office of the Chief Communications and Corporate Responsibility Officer! Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you are responsible for maintaining and planning operational tasks and initiatives, including coordinating and developing vital content, planning and performing administrative, budgetary, and operational activities. This role coordinates and drives projects of high importance and visibility and requires a high degree of discernment, discretion, urgency, and project management skills. In particular, you will focus on strategy, coordinating and driving data-informed decision-making and artificial intelligence adoption and utilization across the Communications, Responsibility, and Events (CoRE) organization. This role offers a broad view of the entire organization and the ability to have an impact at the highest level of the company. You may serve as a proxy to the Chief of Staff when needed and appropriate. This role is also responsible for executive support of the organization’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), including crafting and preparation of materials, presentations, briefings, talking points, etc.

** This role is based in Bellevue, WA and follows a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in the office **

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, and direct operational tasks for CoRE; including but not limited to Senior Leadership engagements, presentations with employees and other partners, event planning and execution, management of department tools, resources, and technologies.
  • Monitor and ensure top-priority active data and AI projects within the CoRE Business Office are appropriately prioritized, keeping the team apprised of all matters of significance requiring attention
  • Interface and partner with office of the Chief Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCCRO), other SLT members, all CoRE Leadership Team members, their proxies, and key functional experts, navigating the nuances of relationships and business ownership/authority across an array of functions.
  • Act as a key contributor by driving strategic planning, aiding with internal project management, overseeing the creation of tools and resources that help drive process improvement and tool adoption, and standardizing data and AI utilization across the department.
  • Manage various ad-hoc projects with high importance to CoRE, the CCCRO, or other members of Senior Leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years experience in business planning for an enterprise-level senior executive and program management or project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively internally, upward and cross functionally.
  • Knowledge of primary tools and platforms used in the communications field such as SharePoint, Airtable, etc.
  • Ability to influence decision-making with data; demonstrated skills for understanding and explaining complex data to executives and non-technical colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements of the business, including budgets. Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results.
  • Strong organizational skills at the Executive level. Shown understanding of strong organizations. Capacity to thrive in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve.
  • Ability to work across organizational departments and develop strong relationships across a company.
  • Comfortable working and leading in an environment of uncertainty and complexity, seeking solutions and problem-solving.

Washington Pay Range : $138,200.00 - $187,000.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
