Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to support the implementation and enhancement of State Street's Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of Archer use cases in an Agile environment, supporting risk, regulatory and compliance objectives across the lines of defense.
The responsibilities of this role include
As an Agile Project Manager you will
Lead Agile project planning and execution of Archer IRM implementations, enhancements, and integrations
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Archer projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts and Archer developers to ensure requirements are clear and deliverables align with business goals
Oversee and track deliverables across multiple Archer use cases (e.g., Third Party Risk, Issues Management, Policy Management, Incident Management)
Maintain project timelines, mitigate risks and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, change control and documentation standards
Facilitate business user acceptance testing (BUAT) and ensure post deployment support processes are in place
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the project team
Prepare for and present at weekly project status meetings

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Risk Mangement or related field
5+ years of project management experience including Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably in a large financial services institution or advisory/consulting firm
Formal project management training and certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile Certification)
Knowledge of data governance and reporting
Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Visio)

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
