What you’ll be doing:

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Personalization, Merchandising, Marketing products & UX to optimize customer web behavior
• Translate business opportunities & hypothesis from stakeholders into test designs
• Analyze test results and ensure that necessary actions are taken to improve site KPI’s and identify any follow-up test
• Discover new opportunities for experience optimization by investigating customer behavior
• Ensure testing and personalization campaigns are set up properly to deliver planned experiences and provide accurate data collection
• Be the subject matter on A/B testing & Personalization, providing consultative support to various stakeholders
• Utilize strong analytic skills, business acumen and attention to detail to provide data analysis to assist solving complex business problems
• Communicate insights and suggest improvements based on data and observed trends in order to advance reporting capabilities

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of A/B testing and analytics experience
• Over two years of demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst
• 2+ years' experience in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Analytics

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a related field
• Experience with Python, R
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
• Experience in date visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
