- Deliver Excellence: Ensure operational excellence through robust CI/CD pipelines, test automation strategies, and production-quality frameworks.
- Experience: 12+ years in software engineering or test engineering, including 3+ years in a staff/principal role, with a proven record of leading transformational projects.
- Expert Coding Skills: Mastery in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages, with the ability to rapidly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Distributed Systems Expertise: In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, databases, and large-scale data pipelines, including experience with technologies like Kafka, Spark, or Kubernetes.
- DevOps Mastery: Expertise in CI/CD systems, test automation frameworks, and operational tools that ensure reliability at scale.
- Cloud and Security Knowledge: Proficiency in public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deep understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Observability tools: Extensive experience debugging complex distributed microservices based applications using Commercial or OpenSource tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, Grafana etc. Familiarity with OpenTelemetry preferred.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to develop, communicate, and execute quality engineering roadmaps that align with company goals.
- Technical passion: Passionate about and demonstrated ability to learn new and emerging technologies (e.g. Gen AI) quickly and how it can be used to solve real world problems.
