Role Summary
Splunk AppDynamics, with its outstanding presence in observability solutions in both cloud and on-prem, helps customers achieve end-to-end observability across their entire application landscapes, irrespective of cloud/on-prem/hybrid architectures. We develop, maintain, and support the SaaS and On-Prem solutions in the observability product stack.
We're looking for a Software Engineer to build upon our application and data platform as we continue to innovate on application observability. We move fast and iterate quickly. Meet the Team
This role is for a Software developer in the Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solutions team within Splunk AppDynamics who is building the Real User Monitoring (RUM) capabilities. We capture and analyze data from actual user interactions with applications and websites in real time to provide insights into user experience, user behavior, and performance bottlenecks.

Must-have Qualifications
- Coding proficiency in Java
- Solid experience in Android native app development
- Solid experience with one or more hybrid app frameworks - Flutter, React Native, Cordova, or MAUI
- Good understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with 5+ years of related experience or Masters and 4+ years of related experience
