About the role
Roku is looking for an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to support Roku’s hardware operations team. This role will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth and execution of Roku’s worldwide Supply Chain organization and will help develop scalable and intuitive reporting and forecasting solutions to drive business insight that is relevant and digestible.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, possess exceptional analytical skills, manage multiple and time sensitive deliverables across a highly matrixed organization, along with managing risks and opportunities. The individual will also possess strong business partnership skills and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver and self-starter who can drive programs with the product and commercial teams within Roku and across external strategic partner organizations. The successful candidate will display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs.
For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $128,000 and $135,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
What you’ll be doing
- Support day-to-day business partnering and FP&A support activities for the supply chain and operations organization; business partner with stakeholders to accurately forecast expenses
- Maintain annual budget and long-range plan models; update/maintain as necessary to support ongoing forecast deliverables
- Analyze and monitor forecast inputs against targets; proactively identify both risks and opportunities
- Identify and implement solutions to optimize finance processes for speed, agility and insight
- Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as needed
We’re excited if you have
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or a similar analytical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Data Science)
- A minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience supporting hardware organizations, ideally at a high growth tech company
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting and/or experience supporting integrated supply chain
- Exceptional analytical skills with logistics analysis, maintain complex financial models, data manipulation and the ability to create information from data; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (index, offsets, arrays, etc.)
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with Adaptive Insights & NetSuite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and deliver high quality results with minimal guidance
- Bias for action, with demonstrated ability to meet competing deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and making decisions with incomplete information
