We’re seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager who has experience in the K12 Education industry. This role is pivotal in shaping how our PALS (Pearson Assessment for Learning Suite) products are perceived in the market and how they resonate with our target audience. You will lead the charge in crafting compelling narratives, executing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring that our offerings are clearly communicated and effectively positioned to drive growth. This position works very closely with our Campaign Marketing Managers and will report to the Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing, Growth and Development.

Roles and Responsibilities
Own the product marketing lifecycle : Lead the development and execution of comprehensive market strategies for existing and new products, including market research, competitive analysis, positioning, messaging, and launch campaigns.
Sales and product team alignment: Collaborate closely with CMM’s, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
Sales enablement: Create and manage sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, product demos, and training content.
Product adoption: Champion product adoption and growth ensuring a consistent and impactful message resonates with target audiences.
Persona-based messaging: Develop persona-based messaging, value propositions, and collateral that highlight the unique benefits of PALS across various markets.
Product launches: Collaborate with CMM’s and product managers on product launches, including messaging, positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing.
GTM content creation: Collaborate with CMM’s, sales, product management, and content marketing to develop compelling product marketing content that supports our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Content creation: Produce a variety of product focused content, including case studies, videos, playbooks, infographics, and blog posts.
Desired Qualifications/Experience
6+ years in EdTech marketing: Proven experience in B2B/B2C product marketing, ideally within K12 space.
Self-starter: Deeply curious with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work proactively.
Messaging and storytelling expertise: Strong ability to craft persona-based messaging that resonates with target audiences.
