Job Description Summary:
The pricing function is a key strategic lever to grow and optimize the PayPal business. For this exciting journey we are looking for a strong addition to our Global Deal Pricing Team. For consumer, merchant and product pricing you will be responsible for local pricing decisions as well as for regional and pan-EMEA strategic pricing projects. This will include working closely with the global pricing team and our finance colleagues located in Berlin, London, Paris, San Jose & Singapore. Your key stakeholders are the country managers, and the sales and relationship management teams. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a high-growth, international business environment, and interact with the PayPal leadership team.
Job Description:
The Senior Pricing Analyst will report directly to the EMEA Pricing Lead. The role will require that the individual supports in:
Relevant Pricing experience, preferably in high-growth, global e-commerce companies, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
Pricing and/or financial analysis experience
Successfully completed a Master degree in business administration, science, engineering or equivalent

- Partnering with the Business Unit to make educated pricing decisions and supporting the growth of the business
- Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis on new business opportunities and upsells
- Improving business cases and/or build new models to support new initiatives
- Supporting strategic pricing projects for Europe
- Providing structure, frameworks and guidelines on pricing topics
- Aligning and improving processes to increase efficiency and foster faster decision making by benchmarking best practices across Europe
- Suggesting and implementing new ideas to positively impact pricing performance
Relevant Pricing experience, preferably in high-growth, global e-commerce companies, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
Pricing and/or financial analysis experience
Successfully completed a Master degree in business administration, science, engineering or equivalent
