Your Career
This Sales Excellence Program Manager will be responsible for both Public Sector GTM activities, and State & Local Government and Education and specific programmatic activities. Assist the GTM leader in managing Public Sector market intelligence vendors, promoting third-party tool adoption, and enhancing market penetration. Partner with the Public Sector GTM Sales Leader to oversee budgets, vendor agreements, and contracts for cost and productivity efficiencies. Oversee the Knowledge Management repository, develop sector-specific onboarding, support strategic sales actions, and manage business operations programmatically. Specifically in SLED, provide programmatic support for specific State and Local Government programs to meet contractual obligations and support business growth through sales and channel partners.
Your Impact
- Assist the GTM leader in managing Public Sector market intelligence vendors and promoting the adoption of specific third-party tools to enhance market penetration
- Partner with the Public Sector GTM Sales Leader to manage the budget, vendor agreements, purchase orders, and contracts to ensure cost and productivity efficiencies
- Oversee the Public Sector Knowledge Management repository - This includes developing a Public Sector-specific onboarding process, maintaining contacts, and providing tools and training support
- Assist the GTM and SVP in tracking and following up on Strategic Plan actions to bolster sales efforts
- Collaborate with the GTM leader to maintain consistent communications and manage the rhythm of business operations programmatically
- Provide programmatic support for specific State and Local Government programs to meet contractual obligations
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in business operations, programs, or campaign management roles
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or similar applications such Microsoft Excel) to drive business outcomes
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (or similar applications), including advanced functions such as pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools
- Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfortable with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
- Successful track record of Project or Program Management and comfortable independently driving process for multi-faceted efforts with many stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent military experience required
- Collaborative team player willing to go beyond strategy in order to support execution and realization
- Fluency in developing executive ready slides, leading analysis and data-driven insight generation efforts is critical
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, innovative, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
- Expertise in public sector, enterprise technology and knowledge of the go to market is a plus but not required

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $132,000/yr to $213,500/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
