Job Description

This is an office-based, hybrid role located in our Plano, TX office.

Your Career

As an Education Logistics Launch Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive significant value for our Enablement organization and impact the overall success of our company. This role involves project managing the launch of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) offerings for both internal and external audiences. Your expertise in learning enablement, facilitation, and presentation will be critical in developing and executing innovative solutions.

In this key role, you will collaborate with enablement leaders and stakeholders to make informed decisions on programs and deliverables, ensuring the seamless facilitation of resources for ILT programs.

Your Impact

  • Project manage the launch of educational courseware, coordinating activities across internal teams to release customer-facing content to Authorized Training Partners.

  • Execute a variety of LMS program offerings, including course catalog updates, ordering and monitoring course materials, addressing Tier 1 escalations on LMS systems, and managing updates and assignments in Jira.

  • Deliver core support by responding to emails, resolving issues escalated from Tier 1 support, managing course and class changes, and handling roster management in various systems such as the LMS and Airtable.

  • Establish strong, trusted partnerships with Regional/District leadership and account managers, addressing regional/local needs and responding to requests for global training programs.

  • Gather feedback from the sales team, enablement leadership, and stakeholders to continuously improve support programs.

  • Partner with regional enablement counterparts to understand and prioritize requests from their regions and adjust programs to meet local needs.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 5+ years in managing and facilitating in-person or instructor-led training programs.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Intellum Exceed, Evolve, ServiceNow, Confluence.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent approach to customer service.

  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across multiple regional and global functions and multiple levels of stakeholders and leadership.

  • Proactive with a keen sense of urgency and the ability to deliver the right information to the right person.

  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for researching and solving problems, working with new teams, and finding opportunities to add new services to the support model.

  • Customer service-minded with strong attention to detail, organization, and goal orientation.

  • Strong project management experience and proficiency in Google Suite.

  • Ability to analyze data and manage competing priorities seamlessly.

  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

  • Adaptable to an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities.

  • Self-discipline and motivation in both virtual and office environments.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $95,600 - $154,650/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
