A World-Changing Company
Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.
The Role
We're looking for a Communications Operations Analyst to join a cross-functional group of creatives who are responsible for communicating Palantir's work and values. Our mandate is broad, and you'll work on projects that span internal, external, and client communications as you contribute to the development of Palantir's global communications strategies.
Working alongside Content Strategists and Designers, you will be responsible for supporting projects across Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Employee Experience. As the operational backbone on key programming initiatives, you will craft, implement, and execute processes to streamline workflows and scale your team’s reach. You’ll track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate business stakeholders’ needs in order to enable your creative counterparts to be as productive and impactful as possible. You are a person who loves fixing problems and embraces the best idea, even when it is not your own. The Communications Operations Analyst role and its surrounding organization aren't rigidly defined, so it's important that you can navigate an unstructured environment with savvy and pick up new skills along the way.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and own operational workflows for Communications Teams across Palantir.
  • Successfully drive projects, programs, and events from scoping to completion — clearly communicating prioritization and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders, and building constructive, high-trust relationships across teams and functions.
  • Work directly with external stakeholders, as well as internal teams (e.g. Legal, Data Protection, Information Security, Finance, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Recruiting, etc.) to coordinate the full life cycle for event logistics, contracts, and payments.
  • Research and onboard new resources to scale team’s reach.

What We Value

  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills. You should be able to anticipate challenges and complications, multitask in a rapidly-changing environment, and use good judgement in making appropriate tradeoffs when executing on competing priorities.
  • A creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration and low-overhead methods of keeping our partnering teams informed.
  • Strong attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics and reporting.
  • Experience with project and event management software; proficiency with Jira and Splash is a plus.
  • Experience with procurement platforms; proficiency in Coupa and Docusign is a plus.
  • Our benefits aim to promote health and wellbeing across all areas of Palantirians’ lives. We work to continuously improve our offerings and listen to our community as we design and update them. The list below details our available benefits and some of the perks that can be enjoyed as an employee of Palantir Technologies.
