Senior Manager, Chips Planning - Supply Chain Planning

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Chips Planning – Supply Chain Planning, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

What you'll be doing:
Own supply commitments for multiple silicon chip product families, and mentor and develop a team of Supply Planners.
Drive resolution of chips supply issues working across Operations, Engineering, BU, Demand Planning
Partner with Capacity Planning to drive accurate capacity requirements to suppliers and problem-solve constraints
Work with BU and Demand Planning on priority tradeoffs, and present summaries on supply shortages and changes in supply to leadership
Oversee production schedules considering die availability, priorities, materials availability and constraints for NVIDIA's execution teams
Lead planning team thru and support change management during multi-phased SAP implementation
Oversee transition plan of product revisions based on customer qualification schedules and supply availability
Lead continuous improvement efforts including data analytics, process improvements, and coordination with IT and Business Transformation team
What we need to see:
This position is a full-time in office opportunity based in Santa Clara
15+ overall years of Semiconductor/Chips Supply Planning experience or related field, 8+ years of management experience
BA / BS degree (Masters preferred), or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Excel and Advanced Planning Software (preferably SAP IBP or APO)
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with senior executive staff
Excellent people developer and motivator
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do detailed work, sometimes without planner involvement
Excels working in ambiguity – organizational, situational, in system and off system planning
Build strong relationships across Ops, Engineering, BU, DP; advocate for supply and push when needed, but still maintain healthy relationships
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in multiple supply chain roles and understanding interdependencies (Fab/foundry planning, capacity planning, production planning, manufacturing operations, etc.)
Experience implementing SAP
Experience and proficiency in Analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau
Previous experience working with outsourced suppliers and supplier management

The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
