NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our global IT PMO team. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to oversee various ground-breaking programs and projects, including the implementation of new technology solutions within IT. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving the Agile transformation and collaboration tools at NVIDIA, enabling us to deliver world-class solutions with agility and speed.
What you'll be doing:
Working on a range of projects across multiple domains, including end-user support, infrastructure, and security, coordinating and managing the project team, vendors and contractors.
Influence program roadmap, technical direction & strategy at a TPM capacity.
Facilitation of Agile processes and participation in driving transformation programs, enabling tooling, features, and processes required for a successful transformation.
Process improvements based on feedback and lessons learned.
Incorporate the voice of the customer and prioritize technical and business projects to ensure the delivery of value, defining project scope, success criteria, budget, and resource requirements.
Identify and run multi-functional dependencies, collaborating with enterprise teams to plan and complete the dependencies.
Monitoring and controlling the project: tracking and reporting the project progress, performance, and issues, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or other related technical subject area, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of IT experience, with a consistent track record of successfully leading parallel technical programs in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Proficiency in Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Align) to manage tasks, track progress and collaborate with team members.
Experience with Service Now products.
Proficiency in atleast one of the domains, Infrastructure, Security, End user Support, Enterprise Apps.
Expertise in Agile Transformation and execution.
Experience with Jira dashboards, business intelligence and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment with frequent shifts in priorities.
