The NVIDIA Operations organization is actively seeking an experienced technology professional for the position of Senior Technical Program Manager to support initiatives to develop the Operations Data Strategy including development of the data platform, Reporting, and Analytics. You will be an integral part of the team to execute on this roadmap by defining clear objectives, assessing complexities and risks, and collaborating with highly skilled technical resources to deliver solutions with agility and speed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the Operations-led multi-functional program to craft, develop, and implement the expansion of the Operations Data Platform

  • Drive planning, requirements, and the development of this roadmap by engaging closely with Operations, IT, Software, and our internal team

  • Develop both a short-term and a long-term roadmap that defines when key datasets will be available in the platform while handling near-term results

  • Refine project scope, define success criteria, handle initiative risks, and outline key resource challenges where relevant while handling project timelines

  • Handle timelines and own delivery of landmarks by following up with partners and identifying risks ahead of time

  • Collaborate well with our technical team to understand data platform development details and translate these into a roadmap

  • Develop compelling communication on the vision and execution plan to Operations and IT partners, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization

  • Provide regular communications to leadership team and Ops partners on program progress

What we need to see:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information System, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience (familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, and Lucidchart) and experience leading technical data and analytics programs

  • Demonstrable ability to work independently, drive key technical decisions, develop project roadmaps, and cultivate effective collaboration within multi-functional teams

  • Proficiency in technical program development including an understanding of architecting, crafting, developing, and maintaining data warehouses/data lakes for sophisticated data ecosystems, data governance, dashboard development, as well as designing, developing, and deploying data science models

  • Energetic individual with positive problem-solving attitude, strong organization skills, superb communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence across teams

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
