Our security systems team is looking to expand, and we are in need of a hardworking candidate with IT experience and preferably Physical Access Control System (PACS) and Video Management System (VMS) experience. The ideal candidate should have a phenomenal IT skills that includes servers, virtualization, networking, and database fundamentals. In this role you will be a key contributor/supporter to the Americas sites.

What you'll be doing:

  • Primarily Responsible for the Physical Access Control System (PACS) and Video Management System (VMS), and a myriad of other systems. This responsibility includes systems infrastructure design, installation, upgrades, maintenance and administration for our offices around the world.

  • Responsible for working with security integrators to perform daily maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of all physical security systems.

  • Focus of support will be HQ as well as the Americas regions.

  • Responsible for service tickets for the PACS system.

  • Responsible for service tickets for the VMS system.

What we need to see:

  • Great IT skills including servers, virtualization, networking, applications, and database fundamentals.

  • Experience as datacenter engineer or system administrator with hands on experience of deploying, configuring, administering, and managing IT infrastructure and systems

  • IT, PACS and VMS conceptual and working knowledge is preferable.

  • Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and processes in the security field or directly supporting it.

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • IT Certifications (ITIL, MCSA, CCNA, etc.).

  • Lenel, Milestone VMS, or Commend Certifications

  • On the job programmatic experience (language not important).

The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 218,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
