About the role:
We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join us in accomplishing our ambitious mission of reaching twice as many patients twice as fast. As a Manager PSP Operations, Innovation, your core responsibility will be to lead and execute Operations and Reimbursement-related projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our Patient Support Programs. The key objectives of these projects will be to significantly improve Time to First Dose, Time to Commercialization, and overall conversion rate to commercial. To do this, you will need extensive knowledge of the Canadian drug reimbursement landscape, and ability to drive insights from PSP data.
The role reports directly into the PSP Operations Lead and will work closely with PSP Operations, Market Access, Commercial, Data, and Product cross-functional teams.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analytics to identify PSP needs and use insights to inform the development of reimbursement-related PSP initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Market Access team to drive positive reimbursement criteria and payer landscape.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM automation technologies to streamline PSP operations and ensure seamless reimbursement processes.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, utilizing metrics and feedback to make data-driven adjustments for optimal PSP delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and reimbursement landscape to ensure the patient support programs remain innovative and competitive, specifically focusing on reimbursement-related initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the patient support program department.
- Ensure cross collaboration and sharing of best practices with wider team for operational excellence.
- Lead the implementation of key projects related to PSP and business operations
Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in technology and CRM systems: Experience working with digital tools, platforms, and Salesforce CRM to innovate, develop, and implement PSP initiatives.
- PSP Experience: Up to date with PSP industry trends and deep knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical reimbursement landscape
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to effectively use data analytics to gain insights, make informed decisions, and optimize patient support programs.
- Project management expertise: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and implement complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborative mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to incorporate technology and drive program success.
Desirable Requirements:
- HCP Canada Experience: Experience working within the Canadian healthcare system as a healthcare professional (HCP) or in a related capacity.
- Bilingual English/French: Proficiency in both English and French languages is desirable.
