About the role:
In this role you will develop and execute communications strategies and plans for enterprise roll-out of services, technology, etc. from within Procurement. You will support execution of communications activities for Enterprise Program Communications together with Senior Manager, Enterprise Program Communications, namely LDC. Furthermore, you will actively contribute stories from within these spaces to overarching Operations strategy and activities. Collaborate across Corporate Affairs to ensure successfully deliver and measurement of strategies and campaigns.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, Implementation & delivery of key campaigns and initiatives through effective communication strategies within Procurement
  • Ensure effective communication of key internal messages to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day strategic and operational business matters and delivery in support of identified Enterprise Communications Programs.
  • Partner with senior Communications colleagues to ensure alignment and effectiveness of communication efforts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of communication efforts.
  • Partner with agencies and other external vendors to deliver high impact work and materials.
  • Ensure efficient deployment of project information and materials.
  • Exemplify a predictive mindset; seeks multidirectional insights to understand our environments and stakeholders, and embrace iterative, measurable experimentation and action.
  • Utilize and interpret real-time data, translating into tactical decisions to adjust strategies to meet desired objectives and goals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Many years of experience in communications, with a focus on operations, large scale transformation and change management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, accompanied with excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.
  • Developing concise and clear messaging that drives engagement & behavior, knowledge of change communications frameworks and tools
