Job Description

As a Business Analyst 1 for NPG, you will coordinate a variety of business functions and processes tied to order writing, order validation, PO management, and project milestones. This individual will engage with production planning, product managers, product developers, and merch analysts to support the production lifecycle. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytic skills and experience using business intelligence tools to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, develop visual representations of data to tell a story, and formulate data driven recommendations. Additionally, you will drive increased accuracy for production planning tools and purchase orders to our manufacturers. The ability to collaborate effectively within cross functional teams in matrixed environment will be key to success in this role.

A day in the life…

• Manage incoming submissions to support Order Writing Process and order validation

• Prepare unit commitments across all NPG divisions

• Manage PO Communication Tool and PO edits for in season PO Management

• Audit and support updates to Smartsheet tools for accuracy

• Create and organize reporting from various tools to support production planning and analysis

You own this if you have…

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, production planning, consumer goods manufacturing, or other directly relevant experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, SQL, or other data analysis tools

• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI highly desired

• Project coordination or management experience

• Strong business acumen with ability to conduct research, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations that influence leadership decision making

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment

• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

• Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects with competing priority effectively and efficiently

• Ability to manage continuous workflow and achieve desired results

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $24.50 - $45.00 HourlyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
