The Global Brand Management Team (across Kids/Womens/Mens) is the marketing function responsible for leading and driving plans that serve the brand and business. Our goal is to know & serve inspiration, innovation and enablement to unlock the power of sport for every athlete*!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a passionate, innovative, curious and team-oriented individual to join our Global Kid’s marketing team. If you’re a self-starter who has a deep appreciation of sports, play and the value of physical movement, and is eager and excited to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a collaborative spirit. Strong communication skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously are key traits we’re looking for.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • +1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Media/Social or Product Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial
  • Autonomous, proactive work management style
  • An understanding of media and digital platforms
  • Phenomenal relationship building skills
  • Outstanding task management across multiple work streams with attention to details
  • An understanding of sport and its culture
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, flexing between senior leadership communication and more detailed functional communication
  • Problem solving skills (identification, scenario development, action)
  • Experience and/or passion for inspiring and enabling Kids + Sport
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Marketing Specialist you will support the development of marketing concepts and activities that fuel daily engagement and relationships with Nike consumers – Kids and their Empowered Adults. The role also manages product planning and ordering for all Kids’ marketing initiatives, as an arm of Brand Management.

If this is you, you'll be working with the Kids Brand Management team, performing the following:

  • Creating marketing briefs, managing scheduling, supporting the development of seasonal plans, asset development and distribution, and marketing operations coordination.
  • Keeping track of product changes between planning phase and finalization phase.
  • Ordering product for seeding purposes on seasonal basis.
  • Ordering product for brand photo shoots every season.
  • Attending Photoshoot for product support and subsequent product return.
  • Partnering with product team (PLMs) for product accuracy in brand consumer facing work.
  • Supporting project/campaign leads and gaining marketing acumen from project support.
  • Assisting managers and directors on their projects at a brand management level and getting exposure and an understanding of how our Brand functions work.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be working directly with the managers and directors on the Kids Global Brand Management team, reporting directly to the senior director of Kids.
