As a Technology Specialists Manager in Azure App Innovation, this opportunity will allow you to inspire and lead a growing team ranging from early in profession to senior, directly influence the Azure App Innovation technical win motion, and engage across the Azure pre-sales landscape.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs)
- Several years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Exetnsive years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience
- Years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management
- Years people management experience (including leading virtual teams)
- Exetnsive years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with key customers and influencers, using your knowledge to build credibility with them.
- Empower your team to influence customer decisions and ensure technical wins.
- Leverage your knowledge of resources to own the resolution of blockers and ensure consistency and quality in customer engagements.
- Orchestrate team resources and coach the team to maximize the impact of customer engagements and drive strategy.
- Maximize the area-level capacity and capabilities by scaling through partners, supporting capacity monitoring and analysis, and enabling competitive learning.
