Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering or related majors, or equivalent work experience.
  • More than 5 years of front-end development experience, proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), understanding modular development and modern web architecture.
  • Familiar with and experienced in developing React or Vue.js frameworks, capable of independently designing complex front-end functionalities.
  • Proficient in responsive design, performance optimization, and cross browser compatibility issues to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Proficient in C #, able to collaborate with backend teams, handle front-end and back-end data interaction and interface optimization.
  • Strong awareness of code quality and user experience optimization ability, familiar with version control tools such as Git.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing large-scale user products such as search, recommendation systems, or generative content platforms.
  • Experience or interest in front-end development of generative AI applications, such as real-time rendering of LLM outputs.
  • Have knowledge of distributed systems, large-scale real-time data processing, or AI inference front-end optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the frontend development of Bing Search and LLM-driven GenSERP projects, designing and implementing intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance web applications to support the dynamic display of search results and generative content.
  • Optimize frontend performance to ensure smooth rendering of large-scale real-time data and model-generated content.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, AI research teams, and UX/UI designers to drive product innovation and iteration.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, web standards, and AI advancements, applying them to real-world business scenarios.
