Marketing Platform & Ops organization is at the core of GDC’s state-of-the-art marketing technology that leverages Artificial Intelligence(AI) and advanced automation to dynamically weigh and synthesize millions of digital signals to create value for customers and connect them to the right information, experiences, and ultimately to the right sales channels at the right moment. Signal Flow Health & AI team plays a key role in GDC’s Marketing Platform operations. It’s responsible for the generation of intelligent AI-driven signals and their end-to-end flow from marketing to sales, supporting all GDC’s key connected Marketing & Sales motions. The AI models, processes and capabilities that the team develops, deploys and operates have direct impact of hundreds of $ millions of incremental revenue.

We are hiring for a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Signal Flow Health & AI team. In this role you’ll work in one of the hottest areas of current technology landscape – Applied Artificial Intelligence. In this high-impact high-visibility role you’ll be directly responsible for designing, setting up and operationalizing new connected marketing and sales motions from the end-to-end signal flow perspective. You’ll orchestrate planning and execution across Sales and Marketing business stakeholders, as well as our Data Science and Engineering teams to drive innovations for lead management capability on our marketing and sales automation platform. Working in close collaboration with the business owners on their new initiatives, you will enable rapid iterations of intelligent signal generation, prioritization, and delivery to the right sellers at the right time to support GDC’s evolving connected marketing and sales motions. You’ll provide direct updates to GDC’s senior leaders on the status of ongoing projects and current performance of already deployed lead flow solutions. As our lead management capability evolves further, expanding to new signal sources and sales channels, this role has a lot of room to grow and expand in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous planning and delivery for the assigned Lead Management initiatives supporting new connected Marketing and Sales motions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify business requirements, ensure these are documented, reviewed and approved by stakeholders and functional teams.
  • Collaborate across various functional teams to orchestrate effective integrated solutions for business needs, prepare work breakdown structure, identify dependencies, and develop schedule. Review and approve the end-to-end solution to ensure it meets overall business objectives.
  • Ensure scope and schedule for delivery milestones are clearly defined and communicated across stakeholder and leadership teams.
  • Closely track execution of the ongoing projects, remove blockers, manage issues & risks, have mitigation plans and own communications on project status, issue management, and resolution.
  • Develop and implement testing, user acceptance and monitoring plans for each component of the solution, ensure high-quality releases.
  • Partner with functional teams and business stakeholders to measure the KPIs post launch to understand if it meets planned goals. Plan necessary corrective actions if needed.
  • For pilot motions, provide exhaustive monitoring capabilities for signal generation, flow and its performance and support rapid iterations on further process refinement working in close contact with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years successful experience of technical program management or technical product management for internal customers or related experience.
  • Experience working with agile software engineering and/or data science teams.
  • Experience writing technical requirements, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years technology/process improvement experience.
  • Experience in designing complex sales and/or marketing automation systems is a plus.
  • Skills in analyzing and troubleshooting complex systems, getting business insights out of data sets across multiple systems. Mastery of Excel, SQL or other data analysis technologies is a plus.
  • Solid communicator: ability to explain complex technological and data science concepts to business stakeholders to get their buy-in on the proposed solutions.
  • A quick learner: ability to develop a deep understanding of organization-wide systems & processes, develop business requirements, create clarity, and synthesize complex issues into near-term and long-term action plans.
  • A self-starter, solid project management and organizational skills. Attention to details, operational excellence.
  • Collaborator across teams – ability to motivate and drive people of various disciplines towards a common goal.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments while communicating clearly and directly with stakeholders at all levels.
Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
