Are you a marketer with a love of games and storytelling? The Xbox 1st Party Titles Team is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Communications Manager to work on the Activision, Blizzard and King portfolio of games. This person will help manage campaign execution by partnering closely with publisher marketing partners and internal counterparts across digital, social, PR, events and more. This role will lead the development of fully integrated GTM plans for both new games as well as expansions and DLC, including overseeing asset production, trafficking and approvals. The ideal person will have a proven track record of delivering large scale campaigns and have a true passion for the gaming and entertainment industry. You will be adept at working across a large and highly complex organization with multiple stakeholders, delivering on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to global campaign strategy and driving development of the Go-To-Market plan
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams in campaign development
  • Develop and disseminate key consumer-facing messaging and copy that can be used consistently across all integrated marketing channels on a global level
  • Assist in the development and distribution of key campaign documents, including authoring the integrated marketing plan, campaign creative briefs, etc
  • Partner with teams at strategic and tactical levels to insure successful implementation in key global markets and across all retail channels
  • Partner with internal teams to successfully launch campaigns across all media channels
  • Budget oversight and management across multiple deliverables and lines of business
  • Maintaining compliance with legal, Geo-Political and other compliance teams on the creative content approvals and clearances
  • Guide partners on best practices and opportunities to maximize impact and presence in owned and operated channels

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 9+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 4+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • 4+ years of advertising, brand and/or campaign development experience
  • Budget management experience and the ability to manage budgets across multiple products and timelines
Integrated Marketing M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $154,500 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $199,600 - $299,400 per year.
