We are currently looking for a Product Development Program Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO) within our Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit (OU).
In this exciting role as a Program Manager, you will engage with multiple Product Development teams within the ENT OU. You will manage projects that are strategic to the business and work cross functionally with various functional managers while driving program execution. Also, this role will engage with the OU leaders through steering meetings, monthly leadership meetings and daily project execution.
The ideal candidate can work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite at our Jacksonville, Florida location.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Define Clear Project Objectives: Establish well-defined project goals, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop Detailed Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans that outline milestones, timelines, resources, and budget, with clear performance metrics and deadlines to track progress.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, R&D, and operations, ensuring all departments work towards the common project goals.
- Manage Risk Proactively: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks early in the process, ensuring risks are continuously monitored and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure Predictability and Efficiency: Implement best practices to make the project process predictable, removing roadblocks and ensuring teams work efficiently and effectively towards project success.
- Monitor Project Progress and Performance: Track project performance against the established schedule, budget, and scope, making data-driven decisions and adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain Scope Control: Ensure that project scope stays within agreed-upon limits, preventing scope creep and effectively managing any changes to the original charter or objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed on project status, milestones, and any issues or delays that may arise, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Oversee that all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations, and are in line with the initial project charter.
- Report to Senior Leadership: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes, ensuring high visibility and transparency while demonstrating effective project governance and leadership.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a complex project/program including financial accountability and ability to manage resources
- Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives simultaneously
- Ability to establish and maintain a trusted role with the various stakeholders in coordinating multiple functions across the organization
- PMP Certification
- Experience coordinating with remote teams
