Lucid is looking for a talented and data-driven Talent Acquisition Data Analyst Intern to support our recruiting analytics function. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a college junior who is passionate about data and analytics and interested in getting exposure to the People and Talent Acquisition space. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with recruiting data, optimizing operational efficiencies, and delivering meaningful insights to inform hiring decisions.

This internship is based out of our Headquarters in Newark, CA and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Support recruiting analytics efforts by identifying trends, tracking key metrics, and contributing to process improvements.

• Conduct data audits and collaborate with recruiters to ensure accuracy and enhance data-driven hiring strategies.

• Ensure data integrity by working with business owners and resolving inconsistencies.

• Contribute to automation and reporting enhancement projects to improve efficiency.

• Learn how to translate data insights into strategic recommendations for hiring teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Field(s) of study: Business, data science or a related field (Junior standing preferred).

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program at an accredited university.

• Strong analytical skills with an interest in talent acquisition, people analytics, or business intelligence.

• Basic knowledge of Tableau or other BI/reporting tools (a plus but not required).

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
