Sr. Manager Marketing Analytics

We are seeking a Manager, CRM & Experiential to join our Marketing organization. In this high-impact role, you will design and execute initiatives that drive deep customer relationships and create memorable brand experiences. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Program, Sales, Finance, and Customer teams, you will craft data-driven strategies that foster engagement, retention, and loyalty—ultimately ensuring every customer touchpoint aligns with Lucid’s vision and delivers outstanding value.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Analytics & Cost Control, you will leverage insights from our marketing analytics frameworks to inform CRM strategies and experiential activations. This position requires a balance of customer-centric thinking, organizational acumen, and hands-on leadership to orchestrate impactful programs that elevate the Lucid brand and customer journey.
You Will:
Develop & Refine CRM Strategy
- Build a comprehensive CRM roadmap that harnesses data insights from the Analytics team to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and referral programs that strengthen relationships with prospective and existing owners.
Create Exceptional Experiential Programs
- Conceptualize and execute immersive brand experiences—events, test-drive programs, pop-up activations, and owner meet-ups—ensuring each touchpoint aligns with Lucid’s luxury, innovative ethos.
- Partner with external agencies, internal creative teams, and vendors to bring experiential concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
Leverage Data-Driven Insights
- Work closely with the Sr. Manager, Analytics & Cost Control to interpret performance metrics, customer feedback, and cost-optimization recommendations for CRM and experiential initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs such as customer engagement, satisfaction, and event ROI to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvements.
Optimize Budgets & Processes
- Manage program budgets and vendor contracts, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising the high-quality experiences our customers expect.
- Streamline internal processes and project timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all CRM and experiential initiatives.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Program, Sales, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure CRM data, feedback loops, and event planning are cohesive and aligned with overall company objectives.
- Translate insights and best practices into actionable recommendations that enhance product features, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
Foster Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in CRM, customer engagement, and experiential marketing.
- Advocate for new ideas and creative solutions that differentiate Lucid’s brand, cultivate loyalty, and enrich the customer journey.
You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, experiential/event marketing, or related fields—preferably within automotive, luxury, technology, or another dynamic industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to plan and execute complex, multi-channel CRM initiatives and immersive brand experiences, on-time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting customer data and event KPIs in collaboration with analytics teams to improve program effectiveness.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing costs while maintaining premium quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to align diverse teams around shared objectives and customer-focused outcomes.
