We are seeking an analytical, articulate, and technically savvy Sr. Business Analyst. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly transition between technical analytics, systems design, and collaboration with Lucid’s Sales team to create scalable sales tools, improve processes & workflows within Salesforce, and generate insights that accelerate decision making with our leadership.

This role requires a mix of technical expertise, operational optimization, and data analytics. The ideal candidate has a background in IT and Sales support functions; extensive experience with CRM and ERP systems; the ability to speak in technical terms with our IT organization; and is highly motivated to help build a world-class data-driven luxury sales organization.

The Role:

  • Partner extensively with our Systems team to scale our Salesforce instance and build a system that supports the vision of a growing sales organization.
  • Drive the standardization and classification of data related to standard and custom Salesforce objects such as Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Asset, Campaign, and Location.
  • Identify & execute on opportunities to better integrate disparate company data with our Sales tools & processes
  • Represent the sales organization as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert in technical discussions with our partners in IT
  • Collaborate with business leaders to establish robust processes that will generate quality data used in KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.
  • Build and manage analytics tools and operational dashboards within Salesforce used by customer-facing teams to perform their daily operations.
  • Create and maintain concise and accurate reporting for Lucid’s Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Design intuitive and elegant visualizations that communicate actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Partner with our Business Intelligence team members to manipulate large datasets and create data sources.
  • Be uncompromising in pursuing data integrity and building data generation processes that will scale.
  • Increase the efficiency of our Sales and Delivery teams and systems in preparation for rapid growth.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years relevant experience in a Business Intelligence/Analytics, Sales Operation, or IT closely supporting Sales.
  • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or quantitative Business fields.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce’s Setup features, from configuration to customization options. Previous administrative/development experience strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Report and Dashboard building expertise.
  • Broad practical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and how it can be used to facilitate the customer lifecycle and generate data throughout the customer journey.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and execute in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while still maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with audiences at all technical and organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and data visualization
  • Experience working with the Agile methodology in sprints, leveraging tools like JIRA
  • Experience with SQL a plus.
  • Willingness and flexibility to learn a broad range of skillsets in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$114,000$131,000 USD
